Shipping policy
While Social Paper Co. takes great care in packaging your order to minimize the risk of damage during transit, we are not responsible for any damage that occurs once the package is in the hands of the carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.). If your order is damaged or lost during shipping, you will need to file a claim directly with the carrier to recover the value. As a courtesy, we will work to reprint your order as quickly as possible, but please note that you will be charged the full price for the replacement. International shipping costs will be adjusted accordingly. Rest assured, all packages are fully insured for your protection.
